What CalmFlights is
CalmFlights ranks commercial flights by comfort, weather, aircraft model and airline operator data. We provide information and external booking links. We are not an airline, travel agent or insurer.We do not sell tickets directly.
Information accuracy
We do our best to keep aircraft, airline and route information accurate, but data may be outdated or wrong. Comfort and turbulence scores are estimates intended to inform expectations, not predict actual flight conditions or safety outcomes. Always check the airline and the relevant aviation authority for authoritative information before travelling.
Booking and payment
When you click a "book" button you may be redirected to a third-party booking partner. Any purchase, refund or change is governed by that partner's terms, not ours. We may earn a referral commission from these partners; this never changes the price you pay.
Subscriptions
Optional CalmFlights Pro / Calm+ subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion outside of legally required cases.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the site.
- Attempt to break authentication, rate-limits or paid features.
- Use the Service to harass others or distribute malware.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmFlights and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration. Disputes will be heard in those courts unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
